A mailing went out last night to those who have either pre-paid their dues or paid within the last week. A big thanks to everyone who paid by April 1, as requested. It really helps us get this done earlier.

The mailing includes a brochure of our park policies and the new gate lock combination, and two guest passes. We realize there is a lot of information there, but please read through it.

A big request that is repeated every year: please do not give out the lock combination to anyone. If you give it to your children, please emphasize to them the importance of keeping it a secret. If anyone asks you for the combination, tell them to call someone on the board.

Every year we have tresspassers who know the combination. They can only get it from us, folks, so someone is telling. If we have to change the combination again to thwart tresspassers, everyone will pay the price in confusion, lost time, and printing and mailing costs.

If you mailed in your check too late for this mailing, we’ll do another mailing once another batch has been processed. Please be patient. Remember we’re all volunteers. And we could use more volunteers!
