Summer a time for animal caution
23 April 2006As the weather turns warm, people will be outside more — in their yards, at the park and around the lake. It is at this time of year people most encounter wild animals. So it is a good time to remind everyone that if they encounter a dead animal or any animal behaving erratically, they should not approach or touch it. Instead, please contact the appropriate authority. See this page on the Orange County Animal Control Services website: http://www.co.orange.nc.us/animalservices/control/chaco.htm.
