Ways to Pay

Credit Card or Debit Card

 

To pay with a credit or debit card, you will need to do so through Community Café. Debit cards incur a fee of $3.95 per transaction and credit cards incur a fee of 2.5% of the total per transaction. The first time you register, the “Registration Code” will be your 7-digit Account Number, which starts with a "t".  

If you get a message stating “First Name, Last Name, Registration Code and Email do not match with our records, please check your details and try again,” this means we do not have an email on file for you or the name you are entering does not match exactly what we have on file. Please reach out to Molly for assistance with this. 

 


 

ACH/E-Check

 

If you wish to pay via online bank draft, you will need to do so through Alliance Association Bank. There is a $0.95 fee per transaction. Click here to access Alliance Association Bank and set up ACH/ECheck payments. You will need the following information:

 

  • Management Company ID – 6883
  • Association ID – 7908
  • Property Account Number –

 


 

Bill-Pay

 

Recurring or one-time payment via your bank account.   Please include Management Company ID (6883), your 4-digit Association ID (7908), and 7-digit Account Number (starts with a “t”) as the account number (example: 6883-7123-t1234567). BillPay is set up directly through your bank and most banks do not charge their customers for this service.

By Check

 

To pay by check, a coupon must be included with any payments that are sent by mail. In efforts to save money for the Association, the BOD elected not to send out statements with an attached coupon to the membership as a whole. However, you may opt in to receive a statement and coupon (at no cost) by opting in through Community Café or by contacting Molly. Once opted in, a statement and attached coupon will be mailed to you within a week and in the future, the statement and coupon will be mailed to you automatically.
